Cherry Blossoms: Washington, DC

We've lived in the DC area for almost 16 years. In that entire time, the Cherry Blossoms have NEVER bloomed during the Cherry Blossom Festival.... until this year. They were spectacular this week. We were exhausted Friday night, but we knew this would be our only chance to see the blossoms at their peak. I'm so glad we hiked over.
